Payments for all goods purchased must be made prior to delivery of your order. When making payment you will be redirected to our PayPal site.

PayPal accept payment through a new or existing account you may have, or by entering your credit card details. No fees or surcharges are incurred by purchasers for the use of PayPal.
 

Delivery

Delivery of goods ordered will be mailed to the nominated address during business hours within 7 working days of payment of order.

Charges for delivery are detailed at checkout, according to postcodes, and may vary according to location.

Exchange Policy

If when the products ordered arrive, they are faulty or are not of acceptable quality, Claire Grace Music will offer you either:

• a download of the music at no extra cost; or
• we will send you a replacement CD, in which case you will need to pay for the shipping only.

To apply for either of the options above please contact us. Please note that this is dependent on the following:

• You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
• You quote the order number of the purchase which can be found on the original receipt emailed to you or in the Order History in you "My Account" section
• The item is in good condition including that:
  
  • It is in its original packaging
  • It in its original condition;
     

Refunds not available for downloaded music

Claire Grace Music will not provide refunds for any music downloaded on our website or on iTunes.
